Lovely product but arrived without shoulder strap

This is the second sakroots wallet I've owned. They are incredibly durable and the perfect size. My phone fits and I love the strap for when I want to run in a store without a purse.

Although I have just begun using this little purse I could tell from the moment I unpackaged it that it filled the need. This is my third attempt at trying to find a good efficient small crossbody purse that I could easily get my phone out of (hint to companies: quit making phone pocket so tight that it actually presses on screen). Someone had forethought with this design. Thank you whoever you are. Gave the rejects to my granddaughters. Wants and needs vary. This is what I myself wanted/needed. Price was right for design/quality. A wonderful little lightweight and cleanable purse.

Love these purses. You have everything compact. Holds your IPhone 11 to 13 .Your credit cards, debit cards, points cards.I have been buying this brand for years and love it.
