I really hated always trying to find a place to put my u-lock, in my pannier, on my handlebars, etc. My bike has a small frame and the u-lock holder that allows it to clamp on the frame just didn't fit well. But this holster fits perfectly on my rear rack, it looks cool, and is SO easy to use. I love that I don't have to find a place for my u-lock anymore. It doesn't rattle around either, even though the leather slightly stretched after I installed it. I could also just put the lock through the slats on my rear rack, but it rattled there and I always worried it would bump my tire.Notes on installation: There are holes punched in the leather for the screws at preset sizes, and the way that I attached it was slightly odd just so that I could get the screw to fit in a hole that would allow it to be snug. You can see in the photo it's attached with one strap on the rear rack and one strap on my bike frame. But it works perfectly and I imagine it could adapt to many shapes/sizes/configurations. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars BUMPY RIDES *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2022* I love being able to ride out with my U-lock without a cumbersome Velcro pouch twixt my legs, but I live in New Orleans. The infrastructure here is notoriously shoddy. On a good day you may get a smooth go of it, but on any other day it's going to be a "look at this f***in' street" kind of day. If you are a curvier woman on a bike, the girls will be bouncing around like a dozen four-year-olds in an inflatable castle. Entertaining, but graceless. While pleased with my purchase, I wish it came with more support. Much like the girls, my U-lock teeters on the edge of falling out of its cradle with every bump in the road. Doing a quick tuck job every ten seconds can be very distracting in traffic. A little extra strap and button snap round the top to keep the U-lock in the harness on bumpier terrain would be just the ticket to make this beauty work like a dream. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not great *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2023* I want this to be better. I like the idea and it looks good but I think a second version is called for. It’s not worth $35 in 2023. It needs more adjustability and it would be nice if the upper loop could be fixed in size. The long thin leather straps stretch over time naturally.
