InDash Mount for 2007-2009 Jeep Wrangler Vehicles

This was purchased for someone else. He has not complained about it, so I am assuming it is working well.

Product did exactly what it promised to do. It was easy to install and had enough mounting holes for me to mount a couple of my phone and table holders interchangeably. I did however, have some concerns about the metal edges in the confines of the passenger side of my Jeep Wrangler with visions of someone slicing open their hand or worse in a sudden stop or accident. I bent the mount so that it was more parallel to the dash and not pointed so much at the passenger. Still not fully comfortable and considering removing it.

Perfect for holding my hands free phone cradle. Easy installation. Since I have the center panel pulled out i routed all my wires behind the panel. OCD about that.

very handy! This is the second one on my dash. I have one for the CB, one for the phone.

With any sort of weight (Samsung S4, Garmin GPS, Cobra 95WXT) unit will vibrate quite a bit. It needs more than just a single hole to secure to the dash and not vibrate/shake the item off. My tires are balanced and the jeep does not vibrate headed down the road...it is this mount that is the problem. I made my own mount for the left side of the radio and it does not shake - thought it would be easier to just buy one. Don't waste your money on this...unless you want to fab a piece of metal to reinforce it.I have two of these - one of the upper screw and one on the lower. The vibration is reduced on the lower screw (after I placed double stick tape on the back of it)...further confirming the fact the metal is too thin/mount is not strong enough.

Works and puts the phone in a good place to access music from. Sturdy and fits.

Mounts up good and is very sturdy. However the price is too high for what you get. You still have to find a holder for your phone and attach it to the mount. Price would be more reasonable if it came with everything to mount your phone.

great item to buy if you specifically need it.pros:good gage metal that will hold allot of weightnice black finishcon:cost for what you are getting. If i had a work shop i would have simply made one myself.
