EMG BTC HZ System for Passive Pickups (Concentric Pot Bass & Treble), Active Balance, Master Volume

What I liked about the EMG-HZ BT SYSTEM is once you get it all hooked up those Dull sounding pups have a sound that will jump out at you. The variety of sounds you can get is great and clear as a bell. I put these into my MIJ '75 Fender Jazz Bass, which was a good 3 days of frustration due to the controls cavity was too small to fit everything needed. If you have a little patience and carpentry tools, you can get this done, too. The sound and tone you' ll get wil be well worth .

I spent quite a bit of time checking out other basses and accessories in order to decide that I would try this EMG preamp system. Man, am I glad I did! I installed this system in my Dean 4 string bass and it has completely overhauled the tone of the instrument! I have always enjoyed the playability and action of the Dean bass but have never been real happy with the tone. In a couple of 1 hour sessions I had this setup installed and was shocked at the transformation! Saved me big $$$ that I was prepared to shell out for another bass. No amount of post-bass effect/eq can give you the tone that this system can. 100% recommend.
