So fantastic, especially if you are on a diet and ...
This spice is the bomb!!! My daughter put a box in my stocking at Christmas, and after cooking with it, I immediately ordered more. Absolutely delicious. Toss cauliflower in olive oil, swirl it around and sprinkle on some Tava and roast it in the oven. So fantastic, especially if you are on a diet and are craving for flavor. I've tried dozens of "curry" spice mixes, but this one is hands down the best. If you are a camper, just put any veggies tossed in the manner described above and put them on the grill. What a treat. Yum!
