This is my 1st time ever receiving something labeled as "new" and receive it as "nonfunctional". How in the world did you manage to screw up giving me something that's "new" and when plugging the cord in to power up the controller, it doesn't even light up. The cable wasn't the problem, it was the controller, because I have multiple controllers of the same model and never had this issue until now. I personally like Power A, but man.... I'd go with the Power A Fusion 2, that one is a beast AND type C connection (which is the future btw), just better overall. Also, now that we're at it, please for the love of god USE hard plastic for the rings on the joy sticks, the metal rings for the joy sticks are fragile af! The Fusion 2 has hard plastic, big plus+++ I literally had to use one of the other controllers of this same model WITH the Fusion 2 parts so that I can have a fully functional controller. In my opinion I highly recommend combining it due to the fact that Fusion 2 has cables on the Triggers in order for the buttons to work, this model doesn't. Therefore, it's harder break by our hardcore gaming performance. This model + Fusion 2 top cover surface hard plastic (they give you a white one for replacement with the case when purchasing). Like, I hope a fusion 3 comes out with these changes, because man... Fusion 1 sucks (good protype), Fusion 2 is way better, Fusion 3 has gotta be near perfection if not perfect when it comes out (if it ever comes out, hopefully it does). :) Waste of money for being labeled on Amazon as "Renewed", delivered as "new", and not work :))

I bought this under the impression that it was renewed and like new and it is backed by Amazon, I could get my money back but It isn't that big of a fix. It should have been made clear that it was partially broken. The button activates if you smash the stick in but it doesn't click and spring back. So in short, Mayflower Mobile, you were very misleading and I wouldn't recommend your store page to my enemy.

Controller is awesome. After about a year of playing only at my desk the controller is starting to disconnect mid game, happens at least once every session. Sad to see it go, but will be ordering a different controller this time. Fun while it lasted for sure.

Return it due to not working

I didn’t pay attention and bought a renewed one. Bought it in December didn’t open and use it until January, well it only lasted 5 months before the right stick started acting up now doesn’t work properly when pressed

So disappointing. I was SO excited to gift this to my husband. He opened it. It looked amazing! Loved the look. However it arrived broken 😑 the part where the cable plugs into the controller was broken. Had to return. Maybe check the devices before selling them... just a thought.
