I haven’t opened them yet, as they are for long term storage. But I have had this brand before and they never disappoint.

Packaged well and arrived on time
ReadyWise Freeze-Dried Fruit Box Kit arrived on time and was packaged well. The info/instructions/recipes on the box for each type of fruit was very helpful. Because the fruit is for emergency purposes, neither package was opened, so no rating could be provided for the flavor. The only criticism would be that it is just strawberries and bananas. It would be nice to have 3 types of fruit included with a total of48 servings.

Good to know I have food my family would actually eat should a natural disaster or emergency occur
I feel very secure having a supply of what appears to be delicious, healthy food that my kids will actually eat if necessary. Because these are emergency foods and we haven’t experienced earthquake, wildfire, etc we haven’t needed to rely on our Readywise food. Therefore I can’t give a rating on flavor or “warmth.” I don’t even know what is meant by warmth anyhow. Curious.

poorly marked packets
The packets are poorly labeled. The peas in gold foil are marked with barely visible gray ink in font 8. The others have white labels But neither packet has labels on how to use it, will I remember in 30 years?I will test it for taste, texture, and smell and will revise my review at that time - in 30 years. I am forced to print and stick my own labels. The manufacturer should revise and correct this omission

Bought it but not sure it was a good idea after all
Long term storage item. Product is packaged in a strange way.. Probably packaging could be less bulky but probably packaged to make sure contents are not dust when you actually try to add water 20 years in the future..... Do not know flavor until I use it in 10 years.....

Freeze-dried vegetables
I like to have these around the House because you Cannot depend ón the grocery Stores. Vegetables aer very important to Your diet.

Unadulterated fruit and vegetables
Liked that there are no additives—just fruit or veggies. Have not tasted them as we purchased for emergency use. Would prefer packaging with fewer than 8 servings per package.
