Stop Snoring & Heavy Breathing Chin Strap. #1 Ranked Market Device

This product is very tight and way too small. My wife is not a big person...in fact, she's tiny. However, this was still incredibly tight on her head and actually caused her a lot of pain.I can only rate on the fit and not how it works because it was so tight, my wife was never able to wear this. Just to be fair and honest in the review. It might work for someone else if it fits them, but for my wife, who again is tiny, she said it was like her head was being crushed.

After I received the snoring strap, I immediately noticed a sweaty man smell on the product...At first I didn't want to believe it, so I had family members see what they thought of the smell, and they all agreed it smelled like it was used.I am pretty sure it was returned by a previous customer, and they sold me it as new. Pretty messed up.I immediately washed it to try to get the smell out, hoping that it would still nonetheless work.The smell still lingered though... with a hint of my detergent.According to my partner, it helped a little bit, but I still snored pretty much the same.It pretty much just keeps your jaw shut, so I don't think it really "helps" with snoring so much as stopping you from opening your mouth and making noise. Thinking about it, I'm pretty sure that could be harmful if you cannot breathe through your nose and only through your mouth.Anyway, I was overall unsatisfied with the product. It was smelly, used, and didn't work as I had hoped. I returned it.

I received my stop snoring chip strap on monday and was very excited to try this product. I have struggled with snoring on and off for years. I have used nasal strips before and they worked for a while but soon stopped. I also grind my teeth at night so I am forced to wear a night guard. I was worried that the chin strap would be uncomfortable with my night guard, but I was very wrong. I put the chin strap on before bed to try and get used to it, thinking it was going to take a while, but it was actually very comfortable, I barely noticed it. I settled into bed for the first night, and barely noticing the chin strap, fell asleep quickly. I asked my husband to help monitor my snoring levels. I usually wake up multiple times a night to toss and turn, but I realized I slept through the night, how refreshing! When I asked my husband how my snoring was he said he barely noticed any and he actually slept more soundly too. I was pumped. I felt better waking up in the morning and felt that I didn't wake up with a sore throat like I usually do. The next night I was actually excited to get to sleep and sleep soundly again, and to no surprise I did! Again my husband said my snoring was almost stopped completely. He said only brief moments that I would snore, but it was very quiet and only for a moment. I again barely noticed the chin strap, found it very comfortable, and was happy with the results. My review is that for the price, this thing rocks! I'll spend this money all day long for a nice night sleep, and it's also helping my relationship because it keeps us sleeping better and less cranky when we wake up. I've already told my coworkers about this because they've actually noticed my attitude in the morning is better. Overall, if you're a snorer, even just occasionally, you need to buy the anti snoring chin strap and you will not be disappointed!

I borrowed one from a friend and the one she had was different then the one I ordered here. The borrowed one was marked medium, and it fit my head OK and it stayed in place. It was sewed together and was a continuous strap which fit around me head. A different design then the one that came from Amazon. This new one has Velcro ends which I guess would make it one size fits all. Trying it on, it feels like it is going to slip off, and with the Velcro attached and the extreme end, it's not going to be big enough for my head. I'll probably be returning it. In the picture the top one is the old style, bottom one the new style.

My snoring solution is basically a cloth headgear that (gently) forces your mouth closed. The device claims to relieve: Snoring, Limb jerking, waking up tired, irritability, daytime fatigue, memory problems and poor concentration skills, heartburn, acid reflux, memory problems, multiple trips to the bathroom to urinate, depression, ADHD symptoms, loss of motivation, and loss of motor skills.Some of these the device truly did solve such as the snoring (which is probably the main reason you would buy this device anyway) and amazingly the getting up to go to the bathroom thing (however, critically I could just chalk that up to not drinking a ton in the last couple days before going to bed). The other more abstract problems it claims to solve—I don’t know. Maybe those come with long-term use or something.Pros: According to my boyfriend it did help with my ‘lady snores.’ I also did not get up to pee, which I usually do. It also stopped my pillow drooling, which is very welcome.Cons: It is a little awkward to wear if you have a lot of hair, and it does give you hat hair in the morning, especially if you went to bed with your hair wet. It pushes your bottom lip up in a bit of an awkward way. You get used to it after awhile. Also it is a bit hot. I sweated into it quite a bit over the night.Overall: 4 out of 5. It definitely helped with the snoring but was awkward to wear.

I had read a lot of the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I am disappointed with the product due to the fact that it was tight against my head that I couldn't sleep. I laid in bed trying to fall asleep but with it on I couldn't. Finally after several nights of trying to sleep I took it off. I would not recommend for someone with a big head as the one size fits all doesn't work in this situation. You will end up with a headache and not be able to sleep so you take it off and hence a useless product.

This jaw strap partially works, but it is quite difficult to put on. My wife tells me my snoring has lessened but not stopped. I don't wake with a dry mouth so it is keeping my mouth shut all night. However, the strap needs some redesigning. It has has a central chin strap 3" wide. There are two pairs of long thin straps 1 1/4" wide attached to either side of the chin strap, and which have velcro pads on their ends. There is also an elastic tie connecting each pair of long straps about halfway along the straps. The problem I have is that the long straps need to be stretched around my head for the necessary tension in the chin strap. Doing this places the velcro pads close to or on the elastic ties and they are destroying the elastic. Also, the elastic is attached to the center of each long strap which has the effect of collapsing the straps into tight tubes when pulled tight. Not comfortable to sleep on. I am going to cut off and move the ties to the inner edges of the straps in the hope of stopping them curling.Would I recommend it? Yes, with the proviso that it does not completely stop snoring and you may need to make alterations. You will get used to the feeling of it on your head even though it does feel confining.

I know it takes time to get used to such a product but I wish the straps were longer. I have long hair & found this getting caught on my hair because the velcro was sticking to it. If the strap were longer with no velcro then I could strap this comfortably on my head without pulling hair out every time. I also found this material made my face warm & it's not comforable to wear when the weather is hot. I'll have to look for something that suits me better.

I have had this product for a few days now. Couldn't wait for it to arrive to try it. Thought it would finally solve my sleeping problems like other reviews stated. Well....it didn't .. It doesn't seem to work for me and my husband is not amused. I guess U will just have to go back to my CPAP. That works! but its not the most comfortable or prettiest thing to sleep with. Oh well... at least I tried. I hope I am able to return it,

It has an unpleasant rubber smell even after laundering, made too small and is too tight to be comfortable, the tension line between chin and back of head runs at, or slightly below jaw hinge so jaw not held securely. Wife reported that I stopped breathing 4 times in 2 hours while wearing it. So it's back to my CPAP which has worked for 19 - 20 years.
