Great pans
I purchased 2 of these pans to make rum cakes in for a Shrine Club meal. The pans worked beautifully. I sprayed the pans prior to baking. The cakes fell right out. Highly recommended

Grandma asked to make the cake
Each year for my grandchildrens birthday they ask me to make their cakes. I try to get creative and this year for my granddaughter's 5th birthday I made a rainbow Bundt cake. I could not find the pan locally so ordered this one on Amazon. So glad I did! It was the perfect size and turned out great. I'll be making more Bundt cakes now.

The pan is fine but what the heck with those stickers?!
The pan is light and durable but came with stickers that were really stuck to it, one bar code and one branding one. They shredded and did not want to remove. PLEASE, for the love of god change this packaging. Also there is an imperfection in the casting, lumpy bumpy in one spot but it did not seem to affect the cooking at all.

perfect pan in which to make pudim!
I don't know why I didn't have this long before I bought it. Not only is it lightweight, easy to clean, easy to handle, it is the perfect pan in which to make pudim (Brazilian flan). Highly recommend that all bakers have this pan in their kitchen arsenal. 10 stars for this item!

Ruined two cakes!
I greased and floured this pan just like any other pan. First cake fell apart, stuck to the top. I thought it was my fault, maybe I took it out too soon. Tried again. Amply greased and floured and let that stinker rest. And once again, top of the cake stuck. Ruined two cakes. I’m very disappointed.

Even bake with a nice smooth crust
I have been very please with all my Fat Daddio’s pans, but especially this one. It’s only one pan so I baked a double batch one at a time. I brushed the pan with a homemade cake release, poured my chocolate cake batter in it and when it was done it came out cleanly. The cake is evenly baked, made it easy to frost and decorate. It was a whimsical cake that everyone appreciated. It arrived as promised and in perfect condition, I may purchased another ring pan in the future.
