Logitech Wireless Mouse M325 with Designed-for-Web Scrolling
I love my mouse. I use it all the time. using now :-) And I love the color. It works so well, the scroll wheel doesn't stick like some. It's very light and durable. I love how it fits in my hand, making it very comfortable.

Favorite mouse. We have 3
I really like this Logtech mouse. It is just the right size. It goes with me everywhere and is incredibly durable. I drop it on hard floors. Sometimes it goes skidding across the room. No problems. Battery has long life. It works on most surfaces, including jeans, leather arm chair, back of the couch, bare leg, table cloth. I type with my hands resting on the touch pad, so I disable it and use this mouse. It saves my sanity. Plus it comes in really fun colors and designs. We have 3 different cool ones for our 3 devices. The oldest has to be about 8 (red) and the next one is 5 years old (flowered) -both are still going. I'm happy they continue to make and sell this model because it's perfect.

Very good, reliable, little mouse.
Update: Have now owned this mouse for five years and it still works perfectly. Doesn't even seem to be doing that odd stops responding thing. Added a star back because really, it's a perfect little workhorse of a wireless mouse. I bought this to use at the office. I can't stand wired mice, and I wanted something cheap that would hold up well. I trust Logitech products as they have never failed me before, and so far this little mouse is no exception. I purchased it over a year ago, and it still works fine. The only reason I deducted a star is because it does sometimes stop working and I have to either turn it off and on again (yes I always try that) or if that doesn't work, remove and reinsert the battery. That usually does the trick. I think I've gone through three batteries in the year I've owned it, which I don't think is bad at all considering it I use it 40 hours a week (everyday at work). I'm also bad at remembering to turn it off over nights and weekends, so it's pretty much on all the time. There isn't much more to say about it. All in all, it's a simple little workhorse of a mouse. Nothing fancy really going on. It's small, fits comfortably in my hand, and it's cheap. It's even comes in a variety of cute designs, if that's a priority for you. You really can't go wrong with Logitech.

Scroll wheel turns smoothly, but doesn't scroll smoothly
Before purchasing this mouse, I read the reviews and saw that some people were not fans of the scroll wheel, and the fact that it does not "click" as it is turned as it does on other computer mice. I looked into it some more, and read somewhere that it was designed this way, in order to scroll more smoothly though web pages as opposed to scrolling 2-3 lines at a time. I decided that this would be a nice function, so I ordered the mouse. It arrived today, and I plugged it in (no software installation required - you just plug in the USB dongle and turn the mouse on and you're good to go), and went to one of my favorite long web pages and scrolled. And wouldn't you know it, the scroll behaved exactly the same way as it does on other mice, just without the familiar click. I opened a Word document, so see if maybe it was just the fact that Chrome doesn't support such scrolling -- no luck. Same old scroll there, too. So don't buy this mouse if you're looking for smooth scrolling. In fact, it's just a lot easier to accidentally scroll now by brushing your finger against the scroll wheel when you just meant to click a mouse button. Other than that, the mouse works fine -- it is a bit smaller than a standard mouse -- I don't have particularly large hands, but I end up just using my fingertips to hold it. When my fingers are on the left and right buttons, the mouse doesn't reach the palm of my hand. So if you think that may be uncomfortable for you, you may want to seek out a larger mouse. EDIT: If you type chrome://flags into your Chrome address bar and find the "smooth scrolling" entry there, you can click Enable and then restart your browser to make this mouse work as advertised. Similarly, in Firefox, it's under Options/Advanced to turn it on. I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 since I can now use it as I expected when I ordered it -- it would have been nice if these instructions would have been included instead of me having to find out how to use the smooth scroll myself.

A Very Purple Mouse
This was a gift for my wife. She likes purple and this is a Very Purple Mouse. The smaller notebook size fits her hand more comfortably than the previous full size mouse did. She's had it for over a month now and still likes it. Installation was easy, just plug in the tiny USB receiver, remove the safety tab from the battery compartment to turn it on, and the computer recognized it right away. I was able to easily download the latest software for it from the Logitech web site and install it. The Set Point software allows for more customization than the standard windows driver. It gets used on a desk top computer so the receiver is permanently plugged into a rear port out of sight. The mouse is never turned off, It goes to sleep after a while. It always works the first time it gets moved. even after sitting all night. The led on the mouse is nice, it lets you know when to change the AA cell. All in all a nice product that we're both happy with.

This is my "go to" mouse of choice
What can I say. This is an excellent wireless mouse! Ergonomics are great. Very comfortable to hold and manipulate over extended hours of usage. I would classify it as a 3/4 sized mouse. Great Feature: LED on this mouse goes out when not being used, so you do not have to worry about turning it on/off every time you use it. Only time I turn mine off is when it gets packed for travel. Uses a single 1.5V AA battery, and it will last a long, long time. I currently have three of three of these mice. Have been using them for several years, and zero issues with any of them. My only complaint would be these mice last so long, you will wear the feet right off of them. Logitech wants $10 plus shipping for a set of replacement feet. Awfully expensive for 4 tiny little plastic stick-on disc. Especially when the whole mouse is only $16.
