Q: can you take her hair out of braids?

You can take her hair out of braids, but you should leave them with bands around the top so she has bunches, as her hair will not lay well if you remove all the bands. ~ Silly Puppets

The head moves! I think the the braids come out! I’m not positive! My Granddaughters loved them! I bought 2!

As anther customer who bought the 25in Amy Peach Silly Puppet, what you see in the picture is exactly what I received, which I don’t believe looks sad or unhappy. If what you received looks very different send it back, we are happy with the Amy Peach puppet!

Q: Is the arm control rod supposed to be curved or straight?

The arm rod is straight. However the metal can be quite soft so you can curve it if you like. If you want it straight you can step on it and straighten it out. Hope that helps. Puppets4u
