No. it will only work off of battery power.

What is the hose diameter

I measured and the hose it actually 1" diameter (tiny) and no where near 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" as other folks have indicated.

What are the decibels?

About as loud as a standard shop vac

Can this be used with the versa stack system?

What the hell is versa stack? This would not use all of my 20v batteries that I have from my B&D tools. So,I did not purchase
