Don't Assume How to Install this Hose. I Explain Why in My Description and Photos
I want to mention a few things about this hose. No instructions came with this period. First of all on each end of the hose are these blue things you have to remove by unscrewing them off of the hose itself. The second problem is that it did not set right in my shower head holder and kept falling on the tub floor. They should be more specific. I have two pictures up so pay close attention to the difference between the two.The big bolt screw end of the hose is screwed directly into the shower head holder. The "thinner" end of the hose screws into the shower head. The first photo shows the incorrect way and the second photo shows the correct way. How hard would that have been to put into an instruction sheet with the hose for you guys?-_-Honestly, you need to include this knowledge with your product so people don't end up with a damaged tub from the shower head falling and damage to the shower head itself.

These are perfect
We had our master bath modified for my husband and the hoses that came with our Delta shower heads were really cheap looking. And one had bronze colored plastic that it shed every time it was used.I bought these to replace the cheap looking ones and I’m so glad that I did! While these don’t match the Brice exactly, it’s pretty darn close! I love how flexible they are and the length allows me to use it while cleaning the shower. (We have a 10’x10’ roll in shower with tub) These hoses fit right on to our Delta fixtures with no problems or leaks. The best part? The color has not faded, peeled of, etc. They are just as nice today as the day I bought them.

Poor quality control.
Quality control on this product is very poor. A significant leak developed at the fitting where it attached to the diverter valve the very first time I used it. When I removed the hose to inspect what had happened it was apparent that the hose had not been crimped at all to the fitting. Detail in the picture is a little hard to see but the hose end on the left side shows the indentation from being properly crimped while the hose end on the right side is smooth and straight showing no evidence of being crimped. Unfortunately I could not return it as the return window had closed. This item was one of many items purchased as part of a bathroom remodeling project and was ordered prior to the start of the project. It wasn't utilized until the very end of that project thus I missed the return window by 7 days. Very disappointing!!!

Picture is inaccurate and item is smaller, but it works
I just noticed the picture either got stripped or was never attached, so I'm attaching it. I've also upgraded the review to four stars because although it does still sit looser in the holder, it just hasn't been as much of a problem.Original 4/11/2016 review:I got this to replace a more expensive nickel plated hose that had uncoiled at one of the ends. The first thing I noticed is that this one is lighter. That's good, but the diameter for the water flow was also smaller. This means it's got lower flow, but not too big a problem for me; my sprayer went from having the force to push off the wall to having enough for most of it's tasks. So, it's detectably lower. Unfortunately, I tossed the old hose already, so I can't tell you how long it takes each to fill a pitcher with each. The biggest problem that I have had is that the end that screws onto the sprayer is also a little bit smaller than the hose it replaced. This means it sits loosely in its holder, which might not be a problem if gravity will hold it there, but mine is usually oriented to the side. So, I knock it out of place about once a week while taking a shower, and it crashes to the tile and the metal sprayer makes a sound like glass breaking. This is somewhat mitigated by an O-ring that should sit on the end and give it a ridge, but from time to time that O-ring slides down onto the hose and I have to find it and roll it back to its ridge. The pictures of this on Amazon's website do not show this ridge, and they do not show the O-ring. I also believe it pictures the hose diameter as being larger than it actually is, but I haven't measured to compare. I've attached a picture so you can see it. The shiny metal on the left should be ignored - it's my sprayer. However, it carries water to the sprayer without leaking. I consider it a good price/performance tradeoff - depending on how long it lasts.

not ORB
This hose seems decent enough quality, but it is not ORB. I know ORB is notoriously hard to match because every manufacturer has a different idea of what ORB is, but this is unlike any other that I've seen. It's basically dark orange. It's MUCH brighter than the picture on the website. If your ORB has any hint of brown/black in it, like pretty much every ORB I've had or seen, it will not match. Also to note that the tapered end didn't really fit either of my connections very well (shower head or arm), but the nut end fit both fine.

Reduced Water Pressure and Hose Rubber Smells Like Poison
Seemed like a well constructed hose. First thing I noticed was the smell of the rubber the hose is made of. I figured it would go away after running water through it. It did not. The smell is a plastic-rubber-petro-chemical odor if that makes any sense. It is strong and I smelled it every time I turned the shower on. Also, this hose must have a smaller inner diameter than my prior hose because it reduced the water pressure slightly. Overall, I ended up returning it to Amazon and buying a replacement from Home Depot for slightly more. My biggest fear was that the rubber was breaking down and exposing us to strange chemicals from China. Not recommended. Buy name brands, spend a little more.
