These are a Godsend !
I don't write reviews too often, but these came this afternoon. I just tried out the 3/8" size and made 4 yds of bias tape in half the time or less and with less steam burning my finger. Wish I'd come across these long ago. It's a nice set and well worth the price. Haven't tried the foot that came with it, as I tend to do everything by sight. But, it looks like it will work fine. I did just try it and fits my Singer 4452 (low shank) just like it should.

Like having an extra set of hands
They work just as they should, very helpful for those of us that are not the best coordinated when feeding fabric into the sewing machine. I use these to help guide and attach binding on quilts when I want to attach the binding with a decorative top stitch. Took a little practice to figure out where to hold the tool and found that it worked best for me to having it sit on the table in front of the machine and the fabric in my lap. So far I've only used the largest size but can think of uses for the smaller ones. The only complaint I have is how they are packaged, to get them out I have to lift a little, twist to one side then push back to get the edge free of the foam and that process causes the other tools slipping under the foam.

Superior Quality Kit
I'll rate this a 10/5! I was stunned at the quality of this kit for the price. For around $15, the kit includes: 1) five sizes of bias tape makers with plastic finger-holds to avoid burns while ironing; 2) a well-made awl; 3) four presser feet, one which is adjustable; and 4) extras including pins, clips, a tape measure and two plastic cases. The only thing missing is a true instructional book, but I'm sure I'll find what I need to know online via Google and YouTube. (I'm a novice at sewing.)Last week I bought a single bias tape maker of similar quality from JoAnn for ~$4. I don't know how they can sell this kit at this price, but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.

Watch the video and you'll find the tape maker a breeze!
Tape maker really easy to use after watching video. I've used it to make a dozen placemats and look forward to many years of help with projects. My only complaint is that the presser foot can only be used to bind thinner fabric. It is plastic and not thick or strong enough for fleece or quilts. Also could not adjust it for 1/4 inch binding setting. It says it will go that small but the built in block will not allow it, nor will it let the needle move all the way over. Good idea, poor design for presser foot only. Rolled hem feet are metal & make the purchase a real bargain for price.
