Scratched my hero 9 black existing lens cover. This worked very well as a replacement.

I damaged the lens on my hero 7 with sparks from my plasma cutter while making videos for youtube.I found this replacement and ordered it. It fit perfectly, and I can continue using my go pro now. I have not tried using it in water at this point.

It works just like the description. Better clarity and color. A MUST have from day one!

They are good but it is not the size of the originals but they help

For what I can see the lenses and everything else that comes with it seems quality and looks nice. HOWEVER the torx they sent (in my case 2) strip as soon as you have to apply a little bit of force to loosen a screw. As you could imagine you don’t want your screws to your lens loose so why sell a product with such a garbage, low quality tool to use to the point you can’t even take the screws out? This makes zero sense to me! Now I’m not saying to not buy this product but what I AM saying is if you decide to buy this DO NOT even attempt to use the driver they send with it, get yourself a higher quality one that won’t strip after loosening TWO screws for a couple bucks.

Replaced a cracked lens on my GoPro and fits perfect

The lens, glass, and o ring all seem solid enough. But the screw driver they send you is a piece of junk. It striped half way through putting the lens on, with almost no resistance from the screws. I managed to make it work but I wouldn't count on it.

5、6用となっていますが7でも使えます。純正より少し緩いので水没させたら水が入るかもしれませんが、そんな使い方さえしなければ特に問題はないと思います。

Except for the gold line, this lens protector is an exact match to the original GoPro protector. However, when I put it on, it wouldn't sit perfectly tight - either there was a gap at the top, or if I rotated it, there was a gap at the bottom. What I did was swap out the screws and little metal rods with the ones off my GoPro protector, and now it fits perfectly. I haven't tried it underwater to see if it's leakproof or not, but the optics seem fine.
