Great product (true to size ) It provides a great support especially with the bone support. The Velcro hold and does not loosen up, it stays in place. It really snatches you for a good work out, the heat retention that build a sweat go loose some of that hard to burn belly fat. Kay definitely a great purchase, work to the money .

Fits and functions perfectly with just the right rigidity and secure fastening of the belt. Also reasonably comfortable to wear and conceal under clothes.

I like this waist trainer , loved using it at the gym! I do recommend going a size more than what you are just because its very true to the size!

You need to buy about 2 sizes bigger than you normally wear.

i got it for my bf as a gift on his weight loss journey. He's down about 70 pounds now and looks amazing. He'd always wear this and he swears by it. It helps your sweat. Its good quality. The slimming effect it had was helpful for him. Recommend to use with excersize.

Had i known this product came from China i would have known it wouldn't fit me. I used the chart to determine size and the belt was still several inches too short to even use. If you do order, go at least two sizes bigger than chart size...

I'm 6 feet 210 lbs with currently 37 inch waist (athletics shape). I got a medium and initially it was rather tight, but after breaking in for a few hour on day 1, the medium size fits perfectly.I work behind a desk all day and I noticed that I was slouching a lot so I got this belt to help with posture. I have purchase 3 other types and brands and this one by far is the best. The elastic side Velcros makes all the difference. I am able to wear it over a shirt at home and wear it underneath a shirt at work without it giving me rashes like some other brands. For the money this particular design and brand is far superior than any others I have used.Note: I got a medium despite the size chart recommending me a large, because generally around Spring I start dieting down for summer and my average waist size shrinks down to around 34" inches.
