Good mild flavor
Good product. They cook up quickly, and have a good flavor. I use these as a base for a lot of soups and sauces; goes well with onion and other veggies as a base. My wife didn't like lentils much until I started cooking these for her.

Not 4 pounds
I weighed the bag it is not 4 pounds it is 3 1/2 pounds. Other great tasting lentil cooks up nice. When it says 4 pounds it should be 4 pounds that is what I paid for. Not sure if I will buy them again or not
