These did not work for my planter. Trying to cut off the edges of a block left such a gritty, sandy mess over everything - hands and scissors included. I don’t know if all floral foam blocks are this difficult to work with since this was my first purchase, but I just threw them all away to get rid of the huge mess.

use this foam for asmr and it crushes lovely! i usually have to let it sit out in the open air for a few days but after that it's amazing!

For the first time, I'm mixing it up with real and artificial flowers on my patio. Oasis is essential when using faux plants/flowers, especially in an outdoor setting. I've had a fairly large display on my patio for weeks , both foam blocks and flowers have held up to rain, cold, strong wind and now, extreme heat. Foam has exceeded my expectations in quality at a reasonable price. Plan on using the arrangement next year, so cost-affective.I used a floral tape to hold the blocks in place...for those breezy days. :)
