Great multiregion Blu-ray player—at an affordable price!
I was very pleased to discover this little multiregion Blu-ray player! It's compact, offers a crispy high-def picture, and is very easy to use. Just plug 'n' play! The best feature of all is this li'l guy's ability to play NTSC- and PAL-format Blu-ray and DVD discs from myriad regions around the world. There are a tiny few Blu-ray discs from regions that it will NOT play—such as Region B; however, you can learn which ones it won't play by reading the full product-description. But for the most part, it will play the majority of ones you have purchaseable access to. Another great feature is its ability to play video files, audio files and photos/images from a 2.0 flash drive (the only con is that the drive's size capacity must be limited to 128-gig storage; however, this was no deal-breaker). Another plus is that it has no problems playing my home-produced DVD-Rs/DVD+Rs (which is often a playback issue with some commercial Blu-ray/DVD players). On minor drawback, however, is the player's tiny remote control, with tiny buttons that don’t light up upon pressing them (making it a bit of a challenge to determine which one you’re pressing in a darkened room; but again, this is no deal-breaker. Many reviewers here have complained about the continuous glow of the little red power light, but it's not THAT bad unless your eyes are EXTREMELY sensitive to a slight glow in the dark and you keep this player in your bedroom); it doesn't bother me at all. But do keep this in mind *BEFORE YOU BUY*: If you need a Blu-ray player that has built-in Wi-Fi, then this is NOT the player you; since I have other players throughout the house that are Wi-Fi-based, I am good with it. Overall, if you want a solid Blu-ray/DVD player that offers HDMI- as well as RCA-cable connections and one that's capable of playing content from a USB flash drive without issues, then this player is wonderful—and very affordable—solution. Snag one before they go out of stock, and don't forget to purchase the replacement warranty (as I do with ANY players I purchase; it just makes good sense). Happy viewing on your Tojock Blu-ray player! :-)

Awesome Blu-Ray player for the price.
The media could not be loaded. I just received my Tojock player two days ago, and extremely pleased with my purchase for the price. It was easy to setup and I alternate between the DVD player and Blu-Ray as needed. I know it’s 2021, but this is my first Blu-Ray player ever. I already had so many DVDs of my own, then thought I would switch to Apple iTunes or Amazon to download movies and TV shows, but the latter never really took off for me.Anyways, I’ve not learned all of the features of the player, but know you can control everything from the volume to the contract from the remote. The image is crisp. I’ve posted a picture as well as the video. The video is geared more towards those who might purchase Studio Ghibli movies. I attempted to submit a second video to clarify the issue I incurred, but Amazon only allows for one video per submission apparently. If you watch my video, you’ll see that the Tojock system is showing an icon in the top right-hand corner, which goes away at chapter 3 of the disc (the disc I’m playing is called SPIRITED AWAY). What’s interesting is it seems to be only Studio Ghibli Blu-Ray DVDs does this happen. I’ve reached out to Tojock asking if they had anyone else ask this same question (I’ll make an edit when I hear back). I own the Limited Edition Steelbook cases of THE CAT RETURNS and SPIRITED AWAY both from SHOUT! Factory. Coincidentally, the right-hand corner icon appears on both THE CAT RETURNS and SPIRITED AWAY, then disappears in chapter 2 and 3 respectively.I also have the Limited Edition Steelbook cases by SHOUT! Factory of FRIDAY THE 13TH and FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 2, which DOES NOT have any icon appear during the movie. Additionally, I played WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT 25TH ANNIVERSARY without incident. Now what’s interesting is when I put another/different SPIRITED AWAY Blu-Ray disc in the Tojock Player, it gives one the same icon until chapter 3, so it’s not the player, as it is something embedded (possibly?) in the disc itself.I went through all of that detail because it may just be Studio Ghibli films; however, I have not had enough time and/or Blu-Ray DVDs to try. I will post an edit to my review when Tojock reaches back out to me. But at this time the player is seamless and plays perfectly.UPDATE: As previously mentioned, I reached out to Tojock's customer service who responded via email with a fix within 15-minutes after my email was sent; I was and and still am impressed with their customer service/ tech support. She included a PDF of the user manual, and photograph of the fix for the aforementioned issue. 'I checked with engineer, this is a Multi-angle scene disc, you can turn off this logo by turning off "Angle Mark" in the settings. (Below picture for your reference).' I've attached the photo she is referring to in case anyone incurs the same issue.I've had the Blu-Ray now for 10-days and love it.

Excellent player and OUTSTANDING customer service
I ordered this player primarily because it claimed to be able to play regular DVDs in addition to Blu-ray. When it arrived, I set it up on my main TV, which involved moving some heavy furniture, and turned it on to try it out. The disc tray would not open. I tried several times, without success. In the User Manual, there were instructions on how to get the tray to open, but that didn't work, either. I emailed the seller's customer service address, and said that, if the issue was not resolved within 24 hours, I was sending the unit back. I didn't hear anything, so, completely frustrated, I informed Amazon that I was sending it back. A couple of days later, I received an email from the seller, giving me a few more steps to try. I responded that I had returned the player, and had ordered a different one. They then responded, offering to send me a new unit, free of charge, to make up for all my trouble. I was skeptical, but agreed. Within a few days, a new player was delivered to my door. The first thing I did was to make sure that the disc tray would open, and it did. So, I went ahead and installed the unit on another TV, put a disc in, and it played. Well, the video played, the audio did not. This resulted in a flurry of emails between me and the seller. Looking through various settings within the software, I could not see anything that would prevent the audio from playing. I finally ordered a new HDMI cable, and tried it out. Bingo! Clearly, the cable that came with the player was defective. Everything now plays just fine, and I'm very satisfied with the player, and with a company that is obviously dedicated to the highest standards of customer service. If you order any of their products, and have a problem, they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Highly rercommend.
