The faucet I first bought was beautifully made, very modern and cute, but because my sink has a divider in the middle, the water always hit it, so it wasn’t the best fit for my kitchen. Still, the product was unused and in perfect condition, and even after several months, WEWE kindly offered me a refund without any issue.Before the refund was even processed, I had already purchased another WEWE faucet that suited my kitchen better. Installation was simple, it works perfectly, and their quick, professional replies gave me even more confidence in the brand.I truly appreciate their service and dedication, and I’ll be happy to keep supporting WEWE in the future.

I've had this faucet for about 18 months now and am EXTREMELY pleased with it! After reading a lot of reviews on more expensive major brands being horrible, and this one had great reviews, I took a chance. It looks great, and has far better than expected water pressure, both the stream and the spray which is SO much better than those lame handheld ones you pull out of the sink rim. Highly recommend!

Overall quality seems to be good. The faucet looks very nice matching appearance of much bigger name brands. The brushed nickel finish is very nice and appears to be spot resistant. Initially concerned since it was priced about the same as the big box hardware store's in-store brand. However this products ratings were much higher than theirs. Comforted by the fact that this has a 5 year warranty. Early impressions are that this is definitely a good value for the price.Fairly easy to install, but will definitely need someone to assist to keep unit from turning when screwing on base nut underneath. But it is large and easy to turn and tighten without the need for tools. The supply hoses are preattached which is nice, but were 3-4 inches too short for my application. However my supply valves are located through the floor and not centered. Therefore, they should be long enough for most typical applications. If not, you may need to buy a short extension hose.Now to quality. Water pressure is good. Sprayer and faucet appear to be well made. Easy to change from spray to steady stream. The weighted line holds sprayer in place but not too heavy to make using difficult. Faucet spout easily turns from side to side without resistance.The only thing I am initially concerned about is the soap dispenser. The spout is very long and can easily get in the way of the sink. I'm afraid it will get broken if not careful. I am personally using it for hand soap. Since it is so long, not really practical to use the same hand to dispense and obtain the soap. Otherwise, works as it should and gives plenty of soap with single pump.Overall, I recommend this product. For the price, I am initially very happy with the quality. I will leave updates if anything arises.

I wanted a new faucet that sprayed further into my sink and had a better angle to it and this hit the mark. 4 stars because the spray option is just a little too hard so there is a lot of over spray

Bought in January, and due to life, was just installed two weeks ago. So well past return date. But no worries! Great faucet. And as others have said, hardest part was removing old faucet (1-1/2 hrs) and 10 minutes to install this one.Love it so much, my son (who put it in for me) just bought one for his house. Highly recommend.

Love my new faucet and how well the water comes out. The style is very sleek and good looking. no complaints but have only had for 2 months.The only thing I would say which is no fault of the faucet itself, is that I have never had a handle like this and when your hands are wet and you turn off water, there is always water under the handle. this is not exclusive to this company, just the design, which most companies carry. so its nothing to do with the brand, just design.I love everything about my new faucet and recommend.
