It works great. I am having issues with the caregiver’s unplugging the device, so I put one receiver in her room and told her if they don’t answer the call button to hold it down and it makes a siren that won’t turn off until they answer her! That fixed the problem of them unplugging it. Highly recommend this. I will be ordering more bottons to have in various locations.

Bought to keep an ear out for my elderly mom. At first, we had to remind her that she is wearing a button to call us whenever she needs -( I still do, every night after she's in bed!). The main point is that if she needs me for ANYTHNG, she should never feel I am too far for her to let me know she needs help. All she has to do is press the "sos" button and I come! This is a very practical and convenient piece of equipment for the elderly.

Have been staying with a friend in a large home for post op care following hip replacement. I decided to give this a try and it's quite a nifty little device. I recommend highly. We plugged it in to a wall socket in her very long hallway so that it could be heard anywhere. Volume control works perfectly. The real deal is just how many "tunes" or chimes are available. We kept pressing the little button on the portion that plugs into the wall and it seemed to never stop with choices. We even had a quick portion of Vivaldi's Four Seasons, the Nutcracker Suite, jazz options, you name it. Had us laughing it was so funny. Made a choice of something not quite so musical and more "chime-y". I needed some help getting out of bed so I pressed the call button on my necklace and my friend headed out to her front door thinking someone was ringing her doorbell in quite the opposite direction of where I was waiting for her to assist. At least it kept us laughing and realizing immediately that we needed to choose a differnt un-doorbell-like chime. Love this item!!!!

works well....long distance between rooms no problem......loud volume....very long battery life....durable...

The item works great and the bell is loud and distinctive. The only thing I would like to have is a portable bell that doesn't require 115 VAC. Something that the responder could carry around that would have the same range.

This was the easiest product to set up. I simply attached the cords to the call button and plugged in the two receivers (one on each floor). We used it almost immediately when our patient had a noseblleed and needed help at 3:00 a.m. Both floors heard the alarm and responded. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs "inside" emergency care.

I got these for my father, who is living with us the day after I got it, he had a fall in the restroom. I’m so glad he had this around his neck and he was able to alert us that he needed help. This is truly a lifesaver. He wore one around his neck and I also put them in random places where he might need help.
