Meets my needs
Relatively easy to set up. Fits into the corner of my room. Bonus is that I can strengthen my knees by using the saddle function and work my way up to standing.

Good basic trainer
This trainer is a good start for basic use. It is easy to set-up and use. The general quality is reasonable the price.

very good for the price
seat doesn't really adjust enough forward to use handles for someone who is 5.1" tall - but I use is mostly for cross training action so not too much of an issue to me so will live with that.

Sturdy elliptical machine and bike combo
At Age 60, I was able to assemble this on my own! , I would advice having a helping hand though as it will make it a lot easier and quicker to assemble. The bolts and washers come fitted to the screws which made them easier to locate when following the instructions. (An A4 sized booklet with larger print would have made It easier to follow the instructions.) It is sturdy and quiet. Happy with it. I would recommend this product
