The media could not be loaded.  I ever bought a set of Bluetooth earphone before, small and comfortable, but the pairing is unstable. In a two-hour movie, the BT signal was interrupted at least three times. In addition, there was an annoying sound delay between what you are hearing and what the actors are saying. The sound quality is good, but it’s hardly to pick up all the conversations from the rich TV background music.SIMOLIO was recommended to me by a friend . Some buyers in the product reviews reported that the headphone was heavy or could not be used on TV, so I decided to check with the seller before buying. My email was quickly answered by the SIMOLIO support team. I was told that 2.4g wireless TV headphones have no sound delays and pairing problems, but they consume more power than Bluetooth, so they must use larger capacity and more expensive batteries, which limits the design of the headphones. Simolio said that they have been working to find better and lighter designs, we’ll see. I was going to buy the 823D initially, but my Samsung TV has only one optical audio output and is already occupied by the sound bar. After learning that I only used the cable box to watch TV, the seller suggested that I can connect the headphone system to the RCA output of my cable box, so finally I bought the 823.Therefore, it is important to check the TV audio output port before purchasing. If you are not sure, you can send the TV jack panel to SIMOLIO's support team and they will be happy to assist you.The headphone arrives quickly and the installation is simple, I can easily get all the conversations in the movie . I can also walk around in my house without losing audio. There is no obvious echo between the TV and the receiver. The headphone uses a relatively large volume and balance dial, and although they looks bulky, it is easier to operate than a tiny button, especially for the elderly.It was a little uncomfortable when I first started wearing it, but I felt much better when I learned how to adjust the ear beams and follow the instructions to install the decompression ear hooks. The tone adjustment is really great. BALANCE is ideal for people with unequal hearing on both ears. The MIC function is also a big plus. This is absolutely the product that I need and works very well with my TV. Thank you, SIMOLIO!

I have hearing loss and have a lot of trouble with the clarity of speech when listening to the tv. Many of the words sound mumbled and have trouble making them out. My hearing aids don't really help much so about 3 years ago I bought a Sennheiser headset which worked excellent except that after 1-1/2 yrs they failed to turn on one day. They carried a 2 year warranty so Sennheiser replaced them. The replacement lasted about the same amount of time and then failed with the same problem as the first set. I wasn't about to spend another $200 for a set that kept failing so after reading reviews of the Simolio set I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier. I've had them a couple months now and they work great. The Sennheiser's had excellent sound quality and so do these. These also have a treble,normal and bass switch which is very nice but the feature I really like is the balance knob because my hearing loss is worse on my right side so I can adjust the balance accordingly. I haven't had the battery go low yet, they easily last for a full evening of movie watching. The range is excellent, I can walk all around the house and the sound never disconnects. They also come with ear clips. These clip on the ear bud and wrap around the top of your ear to counteract the weight of the unit. I might mention that when you put them on the earbud, put them on so they rotate up from the front and over the top of your ear. They are comfortable and they aren't heavy. I weighed my Sennheiser's and these when they arrived and although I don't remember the exact weight I was surprised that these weighted slightly less than the Sennheiser's. I mention that because a few of the reviews mentioned the weight of these. The clips actually work very well, I can wear these for a full 2 hr+ movie and they never bother me at all. The customer service appears to be very good. I haven't had to contact them but after I placed the order I received an email that explained every potential problem I could have installing them and the solutions for each. Then I received a second email last week saying they hoped I was enjoying them and gave all their info again I case I had any concerns. I had no problems hooking them up. I have a surround system so I just ran an audio cable from it to the base unit and it worked great. The instuctions were clear and if I had had any problems connecting them I'm sure their customer service would have assisted.

I spent hours trying to make this work. It does work with the internal TV speaker, but it does not work when the Soundbar is active. Thus, everyone else in the room must endure poor quality sound. It does not work with a TV and external speakers run through an amplifier. The manufacturer contacted me due to my previous one-star rating and tried to help. A major problem is that the Samsung soundbar is supposed to connect to the Samsung 'TV using an optical cable, but it does not. Finally, I saw that the DirecTV box has RCA output, and the Simolio works with that. Sound quality is good. Still can't use it with streaming services such as Netflix. On second revision, I've increased my rating to 4 stars. I can use it working out on the treadmill or exercise bike, avoiding the very loud level previously used with speakers. The Samsung soundbar will not even allow an optical cable to plug in--so it's Samsung's bad. Can't go to 5-stars because whenever I plug it into RCA outputs of a receiver/amplifier, it blows the receiver off line. Fortunately, it didn't destroy the receiver, but I'm not trying that again.

The sound quality is amazing and adjustable. Don't worry about the sound it can be adjusted as loud as you want.

Casque léger pour les personnes âgées, très bon son , même si la personne se déplace et descend d'un étage. Le service après -vente rapide pour répondre ,il faut utiliser l'adresse mail qui se trouve sur le mode d'emploi.Pourquoi le service après vente ? Un accroche oreille un peu fragile , envoi gratuit. No consegui que me llegara claro nada, el volumen individual bien, pero no se entendian los dialogos ni pude hacer que el sonido fuera claro. yo al menos este equipo no lo recomiendo.
