Make sure that the main o-ring is properly set in place Align and close the case making sure that the port door is properly closed. Screw in the new Jack Cover, and make sure it is properly set. Test the adapter in the same way. Fully submerge case underwater weighing it down for 30 minutes. Remove the case from the water and check to make sure that the case is dry inside. Repeat the test for every Jack Cover and Adapter. If you find water inside the case, contact us immediately and we will replace the faulty part. I'm weary of trying to force it too much on the IPad case as the case has plastic threads and the adapter has metal threads that
Fits the Lifeproof IPhone 6 case okay, but sometimes cuts in and out. Does not fit the Lifeproof IPad case so, I cannot use the adapter for both devices. I'm weary of trying to force it too much on the IPad case as the case has plastic threads and the adapter has metal threads that could easily strip the threads in the case.
