BEEN USING IT FOR 5 DAYS
I HAVE MAJOR ARTHRITIS IN MY LOWER NECK... AND IM IN PHYSICAL THERAPY AT THE MOMENT... IM A BIG GUY.... SO I TAKE THIS TO THE LIMIT FOR AS LONG AS I CAN... ABOUT TEN MINUTES... WHEN YOU RELEASE THE AIR YOU CAN FEEL THE DECOMPRESSION... AND THEN I PUMP IT BACK UP TO A LIGHTER LEVEL FOR A WHILE. I BELIEVE IT IS HELPING ME.

Solid, well made device.
I bought this hoping it would help with an issue that I am having. It did not help with my particular issue, so I need to do some more doctor visits to find out the cause of my pain. That being said, this device is well made. It is easy to operate and seems to be made with quality materials. I know people that this item has helped, so if you are having neck and back pain it may be worth a try for you. I think that my problem may be related to nerve damage or something else unrealted to discs and what not, but for whatever reason, it actually made my neck kind of have a burning sensation. It inflates quick enough, but it takes a bit to deflate fully. That does not bother me, but if that matters to you, keep it in mind. My doctor highly recommends these and uses one himself, so hopefully it will help you more than it did me.

I have arthriris on my jeck and use this to increase the space between my vertabrae.

Portable Cervical neck traction device
The product worked pretty good at first and then it seemed it was hurting my jaw from pressing on it when I tractioned it up. I use it if I’m riding in a rough vehicle or landing from an airplane which originally caused my injury.

It Works
I have no idea h ow or why this neck brace works but it does. Put just a little air into it, wear it for for 1/2 an hour a day,then no neck or shoulder pain.

It was a decent product but not what I was looking for
Tried to use the product to decompress my Cervical spine

Easy to use and portable.
This traction devise is lightweight and very easy to use. It is much more comfortable than a standard neck brace. I was also able to ice and it held the ice in place. My only concern is that it slowly lost air and I had to keep pumping it up.

Uncomfortable. May or may not be helpful.
Paltry effectiveness. Did spinal traction at the chiropractor’s which helped a lot.
