It’s perfect size. With slip resistance making it 10xs easier to do my workouts on. The carry strap is comfortable to the shoulder. I will say that the bad could be bigger it’s a bit dificulta to get the mat fully in and out without shaking and bouncing it into place. But for the most part it looks durable

Yoga mat is nice and doesn’t slip often, it is a nice color. However, it did not come with mat bag it was said to come with so I’m a little disappointed that I am bag less hence the three stars :(
