I used this for an old Traxxas Stampede that was given to me without a remote; it works perfectly and now i'm enjoying ripping around the yard with this 20yr old RC! The receiver is small so finding a place to mount it was easy, and has nice features for the price.

These are awesome radios because they are functional in all the ways that much more expensive transmitters are.The main difference is that the flyskyGT3B has more than 40ms of latency. This is totally fine for bashing and crawling, but if you are competing then you will need to look into something more in the 5-10ms range. That extra latency makes a difference in your ability to recover from a slide or avoid a crash.
