The products were out of the box

All the parts were out of the box. I mean I don't even know if the products delivered are good enough. I have to gift this to someone and I had to sit and collect all the pieces and put them in th box. How can I ever trust you'll with these things?

Wrong item received

Overall packaging was good, and the inside box was well intact. Only thing that went wrong was the trimmer provided in the box, it's something with the name "Vega man", seems to be Made In China product. But as seller mentioned in the Q&A, the trimmer in the box will be Syska BeardPro trimmer, I received a very different one. There was no warranty card even. On Amazon, "The Man Company" seller is trying to sell out their incomplete boxes by putting in different items. Beware of it. I purchased it to gift someone, but now I've to purchase the original one that had to be provided in the box.Also, I was helped by the Amazon associate regarding this concern very well, and got the refund for the actual amount of the original trimmer. Very much thankful to the Amazon customer service.
