Can this be used to replace bra straps?

Unless you wear a very small cup size, I wouldn’t recommend for that use. I used mine to make elastic closures for handmade journals. It’s strong but it’s a narrow width. Hope this helps.

So each rool per color is 53 yards long?

Each roll of 1/4 Inch wide size string is 4 meter/ 4.4 yard. Each color of 1/8 Inch wide elastic is 8.83 yards, 106 yards in total.

how long are each color?

About 1 yard long on each maybe a little more. a yard for sure.
