I just made golden milk. Easy and delicious! No sweetener needed. I always drink hot lemon water with ginger and turmeric in the morning. I've been using powdered turmeric, previously from a supplement capsule, and lately from a spice bottle. I didn't seem to be able to add enough powder to get a good kick of turmeric. It occurred to me to see if there's such a thing as turmeric paste, and here it is. Looking forward to trying it in my morning coffee, too. Yum! This gives me the benefits and taste of fresh turmeric without the effort. I simply don’t love powdered turmeric as much as fresh. My first use of this was a simple turmeric protein milk made with a TBS of this paste, 1 TBS of bloomed beef gelatin, pinch of salt, boiling water, stevia, and raw milk. I didn’t even add other warming spices yet and it was wonderful. It makes me feel good!
