How wide is the pan including the handles? I want to know if it will fit in my tiny toaster oven.

The outside dimensions of the top of the pan (including the handles) are 10" by 8 1/2".

How do I get the 2 pan apart? They are stuck together (in package)and I haven't had success separating them.

If it's still stuck put the whole thing in a tray or sink (about an inch) of hot water and then fill the top pan with ice water. The bottom pan should expand and the top should contract with the temperatures.
