What's the difference between with mic and without mic?

With mic means you can make/receive calls using these headphones if your phone has a headphones jack.... Or zoom/teams/Google meet calls on your computer..!

I need a 5 foot cable. The supplied cable is too short for me. What do you suggest

You can extend it with a longer cord with the same jack. Amazon carries them. Look for the length you need and connect it to the earphones and whatever input you’re wanting to connect. Or go with a wireless option, which is how I use it.

Can you purchase memory foam tips for these?

Yes you can. The Neu Bee foam tips fit the C12s and are great tips

Are these noise canceling?

Noise limiting. No electronic noice cancelling.
