Rowpa Premium Rabbit Wine Bottle Opener Corkscrew Set, Stand, Extra Screw, Foil Cutter, Pourer & Drip Stop Incl

I have had this for about 45 days. The foil cutter has already self-destructed (three of the four cutting wheels have already fallen off). The corkscrew still works, but it is clearly not of great quality and I will not be surprised if it soon fails, as well. It there were a way to return it I would do so in a heartbeat--and then spend the money it would take to replace the Rabbit that finally broke after over 15 years of regular use. Live and learn, so they say.This product is a total waste of money.

The screw won't go into the center of the cork, no matter how hard you try. So it gets a crooked torque when it pulls - won't last long. I hedged on whether to return it, and now "the window" of 30 days has passed, so I am stuck with this piece of junk. I guess they knew about how long it would hold up. Who wants a disposable wine opener???

Too confusing to use.

Easy to use. Cork doesn't break or crumble. Stand, pour spout nice

broke after couple of use

I had the original Rabbit Wine opener and thought that's what I was purchasing when I bought this one. I loved the one I owned before and used it regularly until it started to get a little wobbly and I had problems removing the corks from the wine bottles. When this one arrived and I took it out of the box, I immediately noticed that it seemed less solid than my original one. The first time I used it I had problems. The spiral that goes down into the cork went into it crooked and when I tried to remove the cork, I ended up having to remove it by hand. I used it again today and had a similar problem. After inspecting the corkscrew, it appears that something is loose on the unit causing the mechanism to insert incorrectly. I do not know if I have received a defective product or if it is a problem of this brand. I have already thrown away the box so returning it is probably not possible.

I could not push down on the handle to have the screw turn in the cork. I returned the product. I think it is made very cheaply. Sorry..
