The electrician said it was the best one he’s ever put in.It’s ultra modern but very big.Loads of settings for light and fan.Once turned on the fan is very quiet.

It was faulty and proven by an electrician. Also the time it has taken to get a refund is a joke. Also myself posting it back i wasn't refunded. Which costed me £56

Initially we were very pleased with our purchase, this is a very modern sleek fan. We were unable to get this fitted straight away under lockdown due to restrictions about people coming into our houses, therefore it was a while before we used it. It was great during the hot weather but as temperatures cooled we chose to use the slower speed - unfortunately the fan continued on fast in all settings. We contacted CREATE IKOHS through Amazon as per the requirements of the purchase. They asked for the fan back to investigate, so it went back to Spain. Their terms and conditions state that they will keep customers advised every step of the way, which is not the case. The next thing we know is there is a knock on the door and the fan is being delivered back, no note, nothing. On inspection it is not the fan we sent back. We asked what had happened and they explained that parts were replaced. This is not our original fan, the housing was pristine when we sent it back, this one came back with bent parts, dents and lumps, screws inside the motor housing!! We have not been happy to re-install it because we consider it unsafe and in a very poor condition. It has been sent back since and we were told that the remote had been changed, however we did not want it and asked for a refund. Each time it has to go through the technical department for their decision. Now they are saying that WE damaged it each time it has been returned even though the only thing we did was to take pictures each time it was received back and returned, all of which have been saved. I have asked for a completely new fan as the condition of the fan I have now (that's in a cardboard box) is absolutely disgusting and not safe to use, but its falling on deaf ears. This is still ongoing several months later. Please be warned.

After 2 years the LED lights have gone. This fan has a specific LED plate so not something you can go and replace easily. No info on website to obtain replacements

Firstly, the design, quality of finish, and function of this fan is superb. It’s a real feature in the room. However, there are serious issues with the inner workings. First fan made clunking noises. Replacement sounds like a miniature tractor. Still trying to get hold of IKOHS to get it replaced. Took a month last time. IKOHS customer service appears to consist of one person who checks emails once a week.
