Good starting point.
Works pretty well, instructions are good. I'm having a little trouble with repeatability in updating the shadow, but generally works as advertised.

Perfect for IoT students!
Thank you Amazon for keeping this on Prime! Saved my project! :DIf you follow Github steps and AWS instructions, you'll enjoy the subject it's designed for! Worked great with temperature, humidity and light sensors! :)

It's not plug-and-play like the Arduino
I've had some experience playing around with an Arduino and a Pic microcontroller back in the day. I got this board because I wanted something that would be easier for Homekit development. The toolchain isn't too difficult to setup but I did run into some difficulty due mostly to my inexperience. It's not plug-and-play like the Arduino, but easier than the Pic. Also, the support from Globalscale was really good; they helped me a lot when I was trying to figure out how to set everything up

Great Board and Wi-Fi RF performance
Great Board and Wi-Fi RF performance. Unit performed great out of the box as advertised. We bought this board to compete in a automation competition and i like the way i can remove the actual module from the board and shoehorn it into my enclosure. It seems to have an FCC modular certification as well.
