Siemens TZ80001B Cleaning Tablets EQ Bean to Cup Coffee Machines, White (Packaging may vary)

I have just recently bought a Siemens espresso coffee machine which has a calc’n’ clean so after a month of use I decided to get some tablets to clean the machine. Once I received the tablets from Amazon which was on at a good price I popped one into the duct of the brewing unit reinstalled the unit shut the door. Nothing seems to be happening so impatient me pushed a few buttons well that was the wrong thing to do as all that happened was the tablet ending up in bits in the container for coffee dregs. I did try again after a few weeks but this time I did everything I was supposed to do and this time I waited as it did take a few silent minutes for the machine to sound like it is cleaning but it soon became apparent that it was now on its way of cleaning so this time I am very confident that machine had been given a good clean with me adding the cleaning tablets.

This a great product, but uses way too much packaging for what's essentially a dishwasher table. Think eco Siemens!

Simple way to clean your trusty coffee machine...

What a fantastic coffee machine!!! I’ve had now for about 6 months and it is reliable, easy to clean and makes a fabulous coffee!At just the press of a button I can chose whichever coffee I feel like.The milk not being part of the machine was a must for me as I just put the milk tube into my bottle of milk and then take it straight off afterwards to clean. I really didn’t want to be pulling big parts off and risking not getting all the milk out and having a rancid experience.It’s easy to clean and doesn’t result in my kitchen becoming a mess.I’ve coveted a bean to cup for years and now I’m so glad I’ve got one.

Still not sure why this product is required along side descaler tablets. Followed instructions and no sign of cleaning tablet dissolving
