This is the authentic name brand Braun replacement shaver head. There are knock off replacement heads out there at really cheap prices but they are junk. This is the replacement manufactured by Braun. The Braun replacement heads will make your shaver work like a brand new shaver. It’s amazing that they last for 18 months. The one I’m switching out has to be over 2 years old and still does a decent job of shaving. These are very durable and use only high quality material for the foil and cutting surface. Only use this if you need a new head for your Braun shaver. The money you might save using a cheap knock off won’t pay off. Replacing the head is a very easy process. Directions are on the package.

Buy the real thing, not cheap imitations! Almost got rid of the shaver after buying cheap knockoff replacement. Never again!

I thought my shave was fine but I just happened to realize that it had been a year and a half since I had changed the blade head, so I figured I might as well get a new one and see if it's any better. And it is night and day better. My shave now takes less than half the time and as much smoother.PS I only learned about a year ago that with electric shavers you're supposed to only apply minimal pressure and just let the shaver Glide across your skin. I was always pushing firmly against the skin, thinking that would get me a closer shave. Well gliding is definitely the way to go. So learn from my mistakes guys.

Braun claims these last 18 months and I am replacing mine at almost exactly 18 months. I would say that over the last couple of months I noticed that the blades were not cutting as sharply as before, so the only negative is how long the blades last. But now with the new replacement blades the razor is working perfectly. It remains a really nice razor for the price.

Why buy a new shaver when you can get a new head for you old one. I know that Braun says to change out the head every 18 months. I change annually. Works very well and make your shaver seem like it brand new!Highly recommend.
