Love this ratchet , what an amazing idea and out of the box thinking on this thing. I'm a professional automotive mechanic of 16 years and have every type of ratchet out there and never seen anything like this out there. Had a slight issue and contacted the seller and received AMAZING customer service from them. This was the talk of the day at the dealership I work for the guys all wanted to try it out. Would not suggest it for everyday professional wrenching but great for the home set for sure. Will recommend seller to all and will buy off them again in a second

I really like the idea of a light built into the ratchet but the head is just too thick. It's hard to manuver into tight spots, which kind of defeats the purpose. The head is thicker than a standard Craftsman ratchet. I would prefer the same design built into a low profile ratchet.

Bought it as a joke for my buddy mike. He actually likes it.

This is a neat concept. I'm curious to try-out the light. Won't work if you use an extension, but should work well with just a socket in place.Here's where the rub comes in. It arrived today in just a box. No instructions, just the ratchet. I've often thought how frustrating it is to receive an item that's made oversees that comes with poorly written instructions. This situation tops that, no instructions! How do you turn it on? Okay, I figured that out. How do you replace the battery? What's the replacement battery? Figured that out as well with a high powered magnifying glass and a lot of squinting. Could have/should have been better.

update Aug 2022I have taken the pesky light out now completely and put the light stuff away safely.the LED keeps falling apart - I might just take the lamp out and put a blanking plug in its place. The tool itself is nice (USA made ??) its nicely finished and time will tell how it holds up (again, that lamp assembly is a real pain / wish I could try another to see if it's the same
