Use these for gun and ammo cabinet, these worked exactly as advertised. The green color once they are full is unmistakable. Popped them in the oven @250 for approx 45 mins and they were bright Orange again. I’m not sure what the negative review users are doing wrong, but I couldn’t be happier with these.

A couple of old socks filled with this and into my car cut down on the fog dramatically!

They work great, but I was unable to get them to recharge following the provided directions. I use them to keep my 3D printing filament dry. What I have found is that keeping them in the shear bags I use and throwing them in the food dehydrator while I dry filament (I like it to be as dry as humanly possible) will successfully reactivate them after 4 hours at 165. I have only done this for one round but they seem to absorb as much as when they were brand new.

Convenient bulk quantity. Color change is very helpful in knowing when to change out. Haven’t recharged beads yet but seems simple enough. Will have to see how long they can be recharged

I wanted to try this. Not for a typical use but to desiccate a stubborn chemical. This gel pulled out about 20 Ml of water in about 16 hours so it is working. Just a little slow but it is working better then other things I have tried. I did however take aside a few pieces to check them out. The color change is very distinct. I think it to be a good idea to throw a few in some potted house plants as well to know when it needs water. There are a lot of things I can think to use these with. If it is as advertised it should pull 268 ml roughly of water. For this 2 pound package that is. I will update to 4 stars if it does this. I need to pull out 150 ml of water so I used about 1 and 1/8th pound of this silica gel in a closed air tight container. I say 4 stars because the price is above average but if it works I would be happy. Nice double sealed container so you can be sure it wont be exhausted when you receive it.

I was shocked how well it took the moisture out of my car's interior. My only problem is that when recharging the silica gel, some beads break down completely. Apart from that, it’s a very good product. I would suggest recharging in the oven instead of the microwave.

The product is just what we needed. It's not overpriced. When it changes colour, you can reheat it in the oven to remove the moisture to regenerate it.
