Not content to leave one religion alone, the show tackles the 2006 riots over the depiction of Mohammed in Dutch newspapers (and delivers a much-deserved zing to Family Guy) in the two-part "Cartoon Wars" (the revelation of Family Guy's real writers is among the funniest notions ever penned for South Park) and intelligent design in "Go God Go" (Mrs. Garrison is up in arms over being forced to teach evolution until the arrival of Richard Dawkins changes her mind). Also in the show's firing line are such sacred cows as Oprah Winfrey (Towelie pens a faux memoir a la A Million Little Pieces in "A Million Little Fibers"), Al Gore (who attempts to drum up interest in his hunt for the mythical "ManBearPig"), environmentalists (who create a new form of pollution with their hybrids in "Smug Alert!"), the popular online game World of Warcraft ("Make Love, Not Warcraft," which earned the series an Emmy nomination) and George W. Bush (who tangles with Kyle over 9/11 in "Mystery of the Urinal Deuce"). Of course, South Park wouldn't be South Park without moments of jaw-dropping bad taste, and viewers are treated to not one but two jokes about the death of Steve Irwin (including his appearance at a Halloween party thrown by Satan in the critically reviled "Hell on Earth 2006), children with terminal diseases, teacher-student sexual relations, and a whole host of bodily functions and absurdly graphic violence (the latter is provided by a trio of serial killers in "Hell on Earth 2006"). I ordered this for the sole purpose of watching the banned Season 10 Episodes 3 and 4, which is included in this dvd set. Season 5 episode 3, Season 10 episodes 3 and 4, also Season 14 episodes 5 and 6 were all banned by Comedy Central due to the portrayal of a specific religious prophet.

South Park is one of my most favorite shows! It was one that pushed everyone’s buttons and touched on several issues throughout the years and fast became in pace with the Simpsons. Trey Parker and Matt Stone created such an incredible series that I own every season that’s out so far. This adult themed animation series is worth every penny to snag complete seasons from Amazon even if you buy for streaming purposes. My reviews for every season I have purchased from Amazon will be the same. I’m including images from each seasons disc as the differences. Amazon does have excellent prices on the seasons compared to other retailers

What more can you say?
As a brand name, as a product, I trust South park to deliver entertainment quality more than any other. the Simpsons were great at one time, but the tired series drags on, so DVD's of its latter years are as tired as its writing staff. South Park on the other hand is as vibrant as it ever was. The incredibly audacious creators of the series are the two most insolent creeps to ever blacken a studio. However, funny is funny. Moreover, whereas the Simpsons do not make many polical points (being in prime time on network tv), South Park makes few shows that do NOT have political points. They skewer virtually everyone. Who else would show Gene Siskel, the harmless affable film critic,and JFK, in hell? They are at their best when WE are at our worst. As we cower before threats from overseas, they did a brilliant piece about literally putting your head in the sand.

This DVD is uncensored! So much funnier then ever! Definitely an awesome buy; this is gotta be one of the best seasons. For real.

oh, boy
season 10= chef comes back. south park season 9 hit scientologists. Isaac Hayes (chef) was told by the scientologists to quit in protest. he did. matt stone said that south park gets to everyone in time and that Isaac had cashed their checks for nine years and that it was only after south park had gotten to the scientologists that he got excited about it. season 10 starts with chef comes back; a story built around clips and snippets of chef's voice they had accumulated over the previous 9 seasons (a spoiler here would not do justice to their efforts) world of warcraft episode. always topical.

AMAZING
I have seen every episode probably 100 times and still bought the entire series because I love this show so much. its amazingly genius. I truly believe there are so many great life lessons in this show. If I had a kid I would most defiantly let them watch this. If you can get past the swearing there is a lot to learn from this show.

The best adult cartoon out there!
This is the best adult cartoon that has ever been invented. I remember when I was a child I had to sneak behind my father's back if I wanted to watch this show. This show pushes the envelope like no other show has ever done before. The best part is that southpark is still strong.
