Let me explain you a simple thing about these supplement market, no genuine and good whey supplements will never increase your weight by 3 to 4 kgs if it does trust me ther is something fishy with those supplement either they are mixed with hormone growth factors or it must be a mass gainer filled with glucose and other factors. A good supplement for beginners it will make you increse about 2 to 3 kgs and for moderate builder for about 1 kg and accordingly for advance builder, and yes the result was perfect and good.
