Professional, sturdy, great value gloves!
These gloves are a great buy. I’m a professional gardener so they get daily use. I’ve had them for 6 months now. They are still protecting my hands from thorns and only the odd lethal pyracantha thorn makes its way through. They’ve been washed and dried several times and they soften up quite nicely afterwards. I’ll continue to use these glove for years to come.

Ok at the price
After getting a two pairs of gloves from another seller that were faulty I plumped for these at a slightly lesser priceFrankly, I can't see much of a difference between these types of leather glove other than these were fault free.I have a medium hand and took the measurements. They are marginally large and not as snug as I would have liked. They are not uniform in size. One set is marginally bigger than the other - both are medium.Put them straight to work clearing brambles and hedgerow. They are fine for this and allowed me to work away without feeling restricted by wearing them when using tools. I would be a little hesitant using them for very prickly shrubs. The leather on the palms is soft. The finger stitching at the top of the inside fingers is a bit rough, but other than that comfortable enough. They have a strong leather odour which clings to the hands even after washing. This may pass.Happy enough with these gloves at the price. Time will tell if they sustain a lot of wear.UPDATE OCTOBER 2021 - Have used these gloves extensively over the past 8 months. They are hard wearing and hive very good hand protection. Can handle brambles without a second thought. Still on my first pair with no sign of them wearing out.

Too big
I ordered these as a medium having measured my hands. They appear to be good gloves but are a big fit. I could have orders a size smaller if they had been available.I would recommend ordering a size smaller than you normally have and then expect a generous fit.

Hedgehog Proof
Can't yet comment on their durability in the garden but I can confirm you can safely use a pair of these to pick up a hedgehog that has wandered into your house, place him in a cardboard box, carry him outside and set him down on the grass without apparent harm to myself or the hedgehog. Reasonably good dexterity and solid protection. Definitely recommended.

So far so good
I got pretty small hands after reading the reviews I went for small. At first they felt snug but after some use they loosened up. First impression was very good they look well made and sturdy. Nice thick leather and the quality looks very good. I used on a rainy day in the woods doing some hiking and bushcraft. They are not waterproof but at the same time they did not get soaking wet and dried pretty quickly. They look and feel pretty good so far very happy and for the price they are a must if you don't like artificial crap on your hands.

Gloves ?
On the face of it they really look v/good. I purchased two pairs of these gloves for wife and daughter. My daughter moved house with a garden which needed a lot of work doing to put right. Bramble is growing everywhere which needed cutting down / back. The information about the gloves indicated they were good when removing Bramble, well there not. The wife said the odd thorn came through the gloves. Her words just a little not a lot. Will try and see for my self and come back and update.

Quality product at very good price
You cannot beat a soft leather rigger for gardening in my opinion, it protects equally well from thorns etc when wet as dry and mould you your hands over time. These gloves were the same price for two pairs as I would often pay for one pair and seem to be excellent quality, thick but soft leather. I am a small medium female hand size so these were slightly bigger than my hand but accommodated my nails well.I will certainly replace with the same brand when these wear out

Great gloves
Bought for my wife to use on our allotment. I've bought her many pairs before but the one's made for women seem to be more decorative than useful. So I bought her some that looked like the one's I wear and these really do seem to be strong and thick enough to prevent thorns from going through. Its early days yet but there are definitely the best gloves we've found for her to use so far.
