Q: Just broke the plastic shoe horn, can I buy just the shoe horn

I purchased the retractable shoe horn to carry in my purse because I can’t bend over any more to put my shoes on. The retractable shoe horn is lightweight and compact when it’s not extended. It does extend long enough to make putting shoes on quite easy. It is sturdy and I have no concerns about it breaking. I recommend it for folks who have the same mobility issues that I have.

Q: This doesn't seem to lock when i extend it. do you have any tips. also, it is very difficult to push in the little steel piece to close it up. help?

To lock it, please force outward instead of forcing downward to make the shoe horn slightly bend. You need to press down the small steel ball to push in the little steel piece. Unless you travel, you don't need to push in the little steel piece every time you use it, because its second gear is small enough. It is more convenient for you to keep it in this gear.

Q: Top tube that attaches to handle came off, who do i contact for a replacement?

Mine broke within a week use, just trash it or if u can return still, do it. I wouldn't recommend

It did lock in place. I do not remember exactly how. I requested a refund because it was not sturdy. They would not take back so I tossed it out.

World's best shoe horn.

Six stars. World's best shoe horn. Its nice to have a shoe horn that I can stand straight up.(5'8") And put my shoes on. It folds down to about 6" and expands to about 3' and its sturdy. Much stronger than any other expandable shoe horn ive seen. Two fell apart after a short amount of time. I bought a second.

Fantastic Design other than the ABS Plastic

This shoehorn is really best for Travel not for everyday use. The actual ABS plastic horn broke around week four.

Great concept. Did not fulfill its expectationa

I loved the fact that I would not have to bend over to put on my shoes. Could NOT get the shoe horn to lock in place so I still had to bend over to put my shoes on. Not very sturdy either. I personally would NOT recommend it and purchased a different hoping for better results.

Very easy to fold and put into purse. Wonderful to have when it is difficult to put on your shoes

Easily carry with me

I use this shoe horn to pull on my boots. I wish it was a bit wider but otherwise it works well. I like the fact that it conveniently compresses into a short length that I can easily carry in my purse.

Cool Tool !

If you have trouble bending to put your shoes on, this item is a must have. It folds down small enough to fit into your purse. I even take it with me when I go shoe shopping.
