Fantastic tablet for little ones
My 4y old grandson loves this tablet and as it only has the set programs and games ie not via the internet it is just so safe for little ones to use. Brilliant product

American Electrical Socket
It's great product. However my first shipment I've ordered I noticed the box was opened as the stickers were already opened so I thought it might be used and I have returned it and ordered another one .. which was in better condition but I noticed the electrical socket inside the box is American not British .. so that might be a reason people return the item. Would be good to get that clear before buying.

Broken within 3 weeks
Stopped working within 3 weeks , screen kept stopping then completely stopped turning on ( tried charging but no help )Child was supervised at all times when used as it was a new device, so I can 100% say it wasn’t damaged by us or child.Company wouldn’t help solve the issue so I have just lost the money and have a device that won’t work at all .Wish I could put 0 stars

Do not trust
Reordered the product after not recieving the initial order. Once recieved it was VERY slow, terrible quality! Do not order, the seller refused refund, then wanted to deduct from refund, I returned it (I paid for return) still no refund!!! Do not buy!! Disgusting sellers!!

Expensive waste of time!
Battery life is terrible, apps are horrendously overpriced. Slow response time. Overall a waste of money.
