Summer Waves14ft Elite Frame Pool with Filter Pump, Cover, and Ladder

First off, I’d like to say that I am leaving this review because I have seen so many bad reviews that I don’t understand. If I would have read those reviews before getting the pool, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it but I am really glad we did! We ordered our pool on a Saturday and it arrived the following Wednesday so fast shipping! Yes, the box arrived a little beat up, but I can’t blame the seller on that, could have to do with postal service too. All parts were included in that one box. My husband and I set up the pool together and it took maybe an hour and a half? Honestly the hardest part was setting up the ladder! The pool was so easy to assemble using the instructions. It is a lot of work to level the ground with sand, etc if you don’t have an already level yard. We also made sure no sharp pointy objects were in the area so the lining didn’t rip. I see all these reviews stating the lining came with a bunch of holes.. while some of them maybe true, I honestly think a bunch of these reviewers opened their package with an exacto knife or scissors or something sharp. The box specifically says NO SHARP OBJECTS to open. You have to use your hands to rip the tape or rip the box or something because that is likely how their liners got so ripped. Our pooled fill up in a about 4-5 hours. It sits full, level, and beautiful! Our pump works just fine. We have only had it set up for two days so I will come back and leave another review once I’ve had it longer but I say 10/10 recommend for the price. Sure it’s no in ground pool but it’s worth the price!

Overall very happy with the product. Easy to put up, pump has been going 24 hours a day for months and no issues. Sturdy and easy to clean, has a small drain plug which takes forever to empty the pool if needed but not a negative. Would recommend some type small vacuum for it, algae tends to grow fast in the shallow water. I got a pool brush to help. Ladder is a little unstable, would like to see something stronger made to replace it. All in all worth the cost, cheap enough to replace it every summer if you really wanted to.

The media could not be loaded.  This pool was very easy to assemble. The hardest part was leveling the ground. I used foam gym mat found at Five Below to put under the liner after leveling. The filter that comes with the pool did the job as long as I covered the pool every day. But I ended up upgrading the pool to a 10” Intex sand filter as seen in my video, and it’s so much better! I highly recommend upgrading! Otherwise the first picture I posted is from what’s now over a year of being in the yard, standing strong no issues.

It's been a several years since we had a pool like this and it took quite a while to digest how expensive they've become. We did not have any holes or problems assembling. We tilled away all the grass and properly leveled, using weed preventer and a tarp. Last pool the grass grew through!I do not like the filter construction as it's hard to open the lid. On addition, we find even with brushing to get the small grains into the filter it just lands back on the bottom... looking into a better filter system. We'll be additing a small deck with stairs as this ladder is flimsy. I hope this lasts about several years.

This pool is a piece of garbage. Do not buy! The liner lasted less than 2 seasons. Despite storing this pool liner in an airtight tupperware, indoors, the liner began to disintegrate halfway through the summer (2nd season). Every few days (even if no one swims in it), it pops a leak somewhere. (See pics.) I've had other Intex pools in the past, and usually got 3-4 years out of them. This one is inferior and poorly made. Most leaks are occurring near the seams, but pinholes also pop up along the outer walls. Just a bad product.

I got this pool 2 years ago going on our 3rd summer with it we live in NY and it’s been so far amazing I don’t even do much for the winter than keeping it covered and that’s it we don’t take it apart we just leave it with it’s water and so far it’s running like the day we got it we have not added nothing extra to it how ever I find the best thing to do is cover it every day keep it running for at least 10 hours it’s way we do maybe more we turn it on in the mornings turn it off at night we keep it clean change the filter often and test your waters it’s an amazing pool

Amazing purchase fits all 6 kids and myself when I choose to swim ages range from 4 to 17 and everyone loves it had to replace the pump my own fault left it out all winter with that being said we clean it during summer and it HAS LASTED 3 WHOLE SUMMERS (this summer being 3rd) AND 2 winters! And we live in Ohio so weather is bipolar 😂 and this pool has made it and we moved it last summer to a different part of the yard(empty of course) didn’t break def my best investment.

I would 100% recommend you buying this pool! Great fun for the WHOLE family! I know that there are reviews on here that say the pool is garbage and not to buy, but I can assure you that the Customer service is amazing. FedEx had completely destroyed my box when it was delivered, and I was really worried that parts we’re going to be missing or things are going to be damage, especially the liner. So, I contacted the seller and I could’ve returned it, but I decided that I want to keep it because it would take longer for me to get my money back and buy another pool. So, I asked them if I keep this would you replace anything if it’s broken or missing? The seller told me absolutely yes and they had no problem with doing that! I could not find instructions so they even emailed me a copy! Turns out everything was there and nothing was destroyed even the lining was intact! The pool is amazingly Beautiful, and even larger than I thought it was going to be! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My wife and I bought this pool a few months ago and we could not be happier .It arrived fast and was incredibly easy to put up , we had it up and filling with water in under 45 mins .The hardest part was all the prep work for the pool like making sure the ground was level and doing a little landscaping around it .We have 4 kids that range from 4-9 and the pool is big enough that myself and all 4 kids can swim around comfortably.We had an issue with the skimmer pump right out of the box I messaged the seller and they sent me a new one immediately under warranty .It’s easy to maintain and seems super sturdy . Could not be happier for the price we paid

Owning a pool is a lot of work and takes time to maintain, but, every time I take a break from yard work and hop in or go in after my morning coffee I think ‘ This is soooooo worth it!’ I am in love with my pool. I also bought the summer waves saltwater system as I have major skin sensitivities and have had zero issues. Again, I am in love with my pool :) Set up by myself and had no issues, maybe easier/faster with a couple people as they recommended but it’s just me and kids so I did it alone and was fine. I love that the filter pump is attached to the side of the pool and not on the ground with long hoses everywhere and that it has a skimmer basket! I have many fruit trees in the yard so lots of leaves and pollen floating around the air, skimmer definitely helps. If you are considering buying a pool, order yourself a good quality pool vac at the same time! They take a while to arrive and trying to get the bits that sink to the bottom with a skimmer net in the meantime is kind of a pain lol When I had a question about my test strip readings after the first couple of days, I called the polygroup 1-800 number. All I can say is they’ve got great people answering their calls. Guy was super helpful and encouraged me to call anytime I needed help or had questions, even though I bought through Amazon and another dealer instead of from them. Very impressed all around.

great pool. Lasted all summer season. the only bad thing is, is that if you live in a cooler climate like I do in northern Canada, you have to get a heater, which I did. I can't wait for the next summer to set it up. it's also very easy to set up. Great price and saved me all summer holiday long because my kids were in it every second they could, weather permitting!

Pool was easy to set up, has been sturdy, and provided hours of summer floating. This was our 1st year, we'll drain and cover for winter-will see how long it holds up, but certainly can't complain for the price!!
