I bought this because I never tried a mechanical keyboard before and it was only $15 on sale.For the price I give it 4/5. If it were a higher price, I would give it a lower score.Pro:-Satisfying click on every press (except for space bar).-Nice backlit colors-curved keys let fingers rest easilyCon:-It is hard to see the symbols next to the numbers when looking at it from an angle @#$%^-It is heavy, so not good to travel with-The clicks might be annoying-The keys are spaced a bit close. They could have cut down on the keys above the arrow keys to space them out better.-I don't think there is any way to change the backlit key colors.

This is the first time I've tried a mechanical keyboard and I have to say it is just amazing. I have used Logitech membrane keyboards most of my life and I just fell in love with this keyboard right away. In fact I used it for one week and just for the heck of it I thought let me go back and see how my Logitech K350 and see the difference. I didn't finish typing the first sentence and said no way can I go back to a membrane keyboard, the difference is night and day. The only thing I didn't like was the loud click which is inherent in the blue mechanical switches so I put two silicone o-rings on each key cap and the sound goes way down but still has the feel of the mechanical keyboard. Some people like the loud click of the blue switches but I am on the phone many times when I am typing so the o-rings deaden the clicky sound some what. I would highly recommend giving this keyboard a try for the reasonable price. I know I will never go back to a membrane keyboard.

I work on a Mac, but when remoting into my job, I'm in a Windows 10 environment.This keyboard works well on both platforms, provided you remember that the physical Windows key equals the Mac command key, and that alt on Windows equals option on Mac.I like the tactile features of the board. I'm an old guy, and an old-school guy, and it's good to have a keyboard with a bit of meat to it. Since I work from home, I don't have to worry about co-workers complaining about the clicking of the keyboard, which is also a feature I enjoy. I also have to admit that I kind of like the various color options the keyboard has, even though they don't have any actual function that I'm aware of. 🤭When I opened the keyboard up, the 7/& keycap was missing, and I realized that it had fallen on the floor. I popped it back into place and thus far other keys have seemed to be loose. [edit: NO other keys have seemed loose. My bad...]I do notice that the Num lock light doesn't seem to work on this keyboard, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of five. Caps lock does work.The little instruction booklet does come right out and say that the multimedia functions of the keyboard aren't available in Mac OS. However, I've really never been one to use dedicated keys for opening apps or for playback, so this is not an issue for me.All in all, it's a good keyboard and will work with a Mac with the above caveats. The price point is very favorable as well. If you want a REAL Mac keyboard, I would recommend Matias. They offer several styles, and they're excellent, if quite a bit more expensive.

This was my introduction to mechanical keyboards. It comes with blue switches by default. I believe they take a bit more force than their equivelent cherry switch. Note the grams of force required for each. The keys work fairly well. They're fairly clicky. The build quality of the keyboard is really solid. I was surprised. I bought this item with a $5 off offer. I would recommend this keyboard for gaming. I don't think it would work out very well for typing over long periods of time because of the weight needed for keystrokes and how they bottom out; it would fatigue your hands really fast. If I'm nitpicking here, I would say that the height of the keys adds to the fatigue was well. Unsure of how long I will use it because I type a lot for college, but I think its a good introductory level mechanical keyboard.

I prefer Mechanical keyboards, but I am not picky when it comes to red, brown, or blue switches, it just does not matter to me. I don't care about click noise either, silent or loud, it makes no deference to me at all !! It is an all plastic frame, which is what I like. I do not need any part of the frame to be metal, it is not like I am throwing the keyboard against a wall every day, a high quality plastic frame works just fine! Everything about this keyboard seems to be high quality. I can tell you that this keyboard is more sturdy than the over $100 Corsair that I just threw in the trash after having it for less than a year, SMH !! I had a MageGee keyboard before that, that lasted three years, that I paid less than $20 for !!! I am sorry, but I will NEVER pay more than $50 for a keyboard ever again !! This keyboard is worth every penny of the $24 that I paid for it !! Response times are GREAT !! SOLID BUILD QUALITY !! I only have one complaint, I would like to have all the keys one solid color, I am just not a fan of the rainbow lighting, but that is a very minor complaint. I will keep this keyboard and pray for many happy years together. Four stars, only because I never give five-star reviews, there is always room for improvement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KEYBOARD !! BUY IT TODAY !!

I was looking for a keyboard that had the tactile and auditory sounds and feel of a mechanical keyboard . I wanted the keys easy to press (to be responsive) so my hands and fingers do not get strained since I do a lot of typing for work. The keys on this keyboard was exactly what I hoped for. This keyboard is advertised for gaming but it can also do well for office work, too. The only "negative" thing I have experienced is that while I'm typing, I keep accidentally pressing a key that will erase what I've typed so far. I cannot figure out which key it is. It may be because of the angle of my wrist as I type. I am hoping getting a wrist pad to support my wrist (and to bring my wrist up a little) while typing, i will no longer accidentally press whatever key keeps erasing my typing. Overall, this is a great buy and value, especially since I got it during Prime Days!

She wanted a gaming keyboard that lights up and has a loud, “clicky” sound when pressing the keys. If your looking for a loud & clicky sounding gaming keyboard, you found it! If you don’t want a loud clicky sound keyboard, this is NOT for you! Keep in mind, that this keyboard does NOT come with a gaming mouse.. My daughter is ecstatic, and so am I!!

The keys are very pleasant to the touch. key travel is clearly felt, soft and smooth. The key click is loud, but you get used to it. The "windows" button can be disabled. The high rise of the keys compared to membrane keyboards is a little unusual. The backlight is bright enough, but not irritating to the eyes. Convenient keyboard.

The size is nice, its not too big for my tiny hands. The colors are pretty too. It doesn't feel cheap at all. I love the sounds too and the feeling of my finger hitting the keys is so amazing. Get this if you want a low price keyboard with great quality!!!! :))

The keyboard feels solidly made, no flex and has weight to it. The switches make a satisfying click sound. Can't say much for switch durability as I have not had the keyboard long enough, but my initial impressions are good. The lighting effects are cool, and mine looks as advertised. If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard for a decent price I would highly recommend this one.

Nous sommes très contents de cet achat. Ce clavier est très facile et confortable à utiliser. Il a une bonne rapidité d'exécution. Nous avions anciennement un clavier sur lequel nous n'étions pas confortable pour jouer à des jeux ou écrire. Celui-ci est plus rapide que l'ancien dans l'exécution des tâches. De plus, visuellement, il est vraiment plus beau à regarder puisqu'il s'illumine.
