Decorative Art 70s

Bit disappointing for a Taschen book
Taschen books are usually among the very best books of this sort...featuring splendid layouts and vibrant photography. Not so here...I'd say 3/4 of the book is in black and white...which is fine...but its a very dark and gloomy book overall . And a bit too much focus on odd architectural projects. The sections focusing on lighting and objects fairs better. The book on the 1960s from same authors is far better... considering the strong style that the 70s brought, I'm surprised this book feels rather uninspired and tired.

So much potential but the quality isn’t great
Unfortunately the paper is very very thin and also most photos are in black and white which is stupid since 70’ interiors were known for the beautiful colors
