Easy on the stomach & taste just fine
I think these taste great. The "rusty nail" flavor described by others is not noticeable to me. There is a slight iron aftertaste, because these are after all, iron gummies. However, compared to all other iron supplements I've tried, these are easy on my stomach and digestive system, and do not cause nausea. The vitamin C helps with absorption and means I don't have to take a separate supplement. They are not very "chewy" as they are pectin, not gelatin, based. They do not taste like candy but they are not advertised as candy. These are one of the better tasting gummy supplements I've had of any vitamin/mineral from any company. Highly recommended.

Best iron supplement ever
No cramps, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting. This is a first for me--not having iron give me horrible side effects!I'd like to give a big *facepalm* and "duh" to the people complaining about the iron taste--it's an iron gummy. What'd you all think it was going to taste like?! And, seriously, they don't taste bad. If you're anemic and tired you should be taking them for your health, and not the taste. These gummies are best for people who have digestional issues or absorption problems. Or for people who can't swallow a pill. After taking these for a short time I feel great, my doctor is happy with my numbers, and I look forward to eating them. I'll buy these for life!UPDATE 10/15/17Still my favorite supplement for getting my iron to combat my anemia. The packaging has been updated and the gummy is better. It dissolves quicker and is less like a gummy bear. I love the taste. I don’t mind taking it. It doesn’t upset my stomach. I prefer these over any iron supplement I’ve ever taken (20+ years anemic).

um-V's Iron Jellies: A Review of the Good, the Weird, and the Gummy
Let's face it, adulting often means needing supplements, but swallowing those giant pills? No thanks. Enter Yum-V's Complete Iron with Vitamin C Jellies – a unique approach to getting your daily dose of iron and vitamin C.The Good:Convenience and Taste: These chewable jellies are a game-changer for anyone who struggles with pills. They come in a grape flavor that's actually pretty good (with a caveat we'll get to in a sec). Plus, they're mess-free – no more sticky fingers or gummies stuck to your teeth!Nutritional Powerhouse: Each serving packs a punch with 55% of your daily iron and 66% of your daily vitamin C needs. You'll also find vitamin B12 and folic acid for an extra health boost.Allergy-Friendly: These jellies are vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and gelatin-free. They also avoid artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, making them a good option for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. Plus, they're Kosher and Halal certified. The Weird:The Aftertaste: Now, for the elephant in the room (or the jelly in the pouch). The aftertaste. It's there, folks. It's not terrible, but it is a bit…metallic. Think of it as a friendly reminder that you're ingesting iron, not candy.Overall:Despite the aftertaste, Yum-V's Iron Jellies are a great option for adults who need iron and vitamin C supplements but hate swallowing pills. They're convenient, tasty (with a caveat!), and packed with essential nutrients. If you can handle a slightly metallic aftertaste, these jellies are a delicious way to boost your health. Taste like rust. BUT! I don't hate them.
I'm so surprised other reviewers say these taste good because to me they have an incredibly strong rusty taste. I mean, they're iron, what did I expect right... but it's not tasty at all and the aftertaste does not go away easily. I personally hate taking pills so I'm a huge fan of gummy supplements and have tried a million different kinds of various supplements, and none have ever tasted flat out gross like these do. To be fair though, I've never tried any other *iron* gummies so it's very likely all iron gummy supplements taste similar. I imagine the iron taste is hard to mask. But they are like sweet sugary coated rust. BUT!!! I still gave them 3 stars because I do prefer chewing a rusty gummy to taking an iron pill (these are very easy on my stomach where as the pill form was not), and these particular ones are a fairly low dose (which is what I'm looking for) so I can just take one and get all the rusty bloody goodness I need.

Not a fan
Product not the same as depicted in the listing. Shows stars, but when I opened the bottle they were bear shaped. Not that important I thought, still kind of weird that they would sell a product that isn’t shown accurately online, but that’s beyond the iron that I need in my body. Though I almost couldn’t eat one of these, I know they aren’t gummies but these jellies are CRUNCHY because of the sugar coating like it’s a no from me dawg. But that’s the outside right but no it feels like that the whole way thru. I can imagine it may not be easy to just use any formula to mask the strong taste of iron, but these just are not it. I don’t mind sugar coated candies, in fact my favorite brand of cbd gummies have a sugar coating outside and are less “gummy” and more “jelly” but they don’t taste like I’m eating a lip scrub exfoliator.

: : best option for iron supplements! : :
: : I was told by my doctor my iron count was incredibly low (almost anemic) and that I really needed to be on a regular supplement. I tried the pills & they were either harsh to go down or made my stomach upset & tasted horrible. These had the exact consistency of sour patch kids but taste like sugary grape gummies. Granted YES ... in my opinion I do taste a slight "metallic" aftertaste but there is iron in them after all so to me it just reminds me that it's good I'm getting iron in my system. The aftertaste is very slight in my opinion & these are very easy to take! : :

Yummy
These are DELICIOUS! I have to try not to eat them in one sitting! Not chewy. They sort of start falling apart in your mouth. So if you have dental issues, no worries.
