Use for melted chocolate or gelatine, not fondant
I had planned to mold fondant in these, but they are too soft for that. I wound up using melted chocolate, and they worked okay.

These trays are great either for baking or freezing, the results are fantastic and the price is right! Any kid who likes Legos will love what you can make with these. Now I just need to order the other molds...
