Met expectations
I am replacing another one that broke….not this brand. This one is very attractive and vintage looking. I did have to grind one part off to get a good fit.

Absolute garbage, do not buy it!
Let me just start by saying that I’ve been a locksmith for 25 years. I had to modify the lock body because there is a lip on the lock that needs to be cut off in order for it to be installed properly. Secondly, the frame plate is really under sized and barely gives you any material to screw into because the holes are so close to the edge of the wood. Lastly, the lock body was defective. When I turned the key from the outside, it would only retract in one direction. I had to take the whole thing apart and by doing so found out how cheaply made this lock is. The cam that needs to retract the latch connecting to the cylinder is cheap and bent out of shape. Couldn’t use this. Special ordered it for a customer because they wanted a black one, but I will never buy from this manufacturer again , save your money and don’t buy it

I was dreading replacing lock, I have an old house hard to find things for without total replacing things. This went in very easy took aout ten minutes and came with everything I needed, except screwdriver, LOL
